Kinesiology Taping sessions are available for your horse. Taping has been around for years, particularly within the athletics industry, It has now spread to the Equine World and it's now proving ever so popular for therapists to leave their treatments having applied tape, as it's known to prolong the benefits of the therapist long after they have left.

 

There are many benefits to taping your horse but the five main benefits are: 

 

- Normalising muscle function 

- Increased vascular and lymphatic flow

- Reduction of pain 

- correction of possible joint misalignment by influencing the fascia and muscles 

-increased proprioception 

 

The tape works by interacting with the skin, either directly or through the attachment of the hair.
